Amazon Saccos ltd is a legal entity established in accordance with the E.F.D.R. Cooperative Establishment Proclamation 985/2009. In accordance with the recognition and responsibility granted therein, it serves community members, government employees, the business community, and other segments of society in Addis Ababa and its surroundings.
To achieve the objectives of the cooperative and to carry out its duties with full responsibility, the cooperative is governed by a seven (7) Board of Directors, headed by a Chairman, as well as a Chief Executive Officer and Management. The management works with stakeholders in an appropriate manner to carry out the main functions of the cooperative to meet the economic and social needs of its members.
